Rules to the CartSnap Game:
1. Dont Snap and Drive! We understand your enthusiasm, but please be safe and courteous.
2. The cart must be off store property to count!
3. Same cart, different day. You can report the same cart in the same location, even if you see it the next day. If you take another Snap of the same cart only a few hours after you found it, it wont count.

Minimum Requirements:
- iPhone 3G or newer
- iOS 3.1 or higher
- Mobile data plan or WiFi (If you dont have a data plan, CartSnap can save your reports until you get to a WiFi hotspot!)
